How to buy
- Choose a work
Every work in the gallery is on this site. The price of an original or an edition print is on the work page. If there is no price, the manager gives it on request.
- Reserve or ask for the price
The button on the work page opens your gallery account — log in with Telegram, no registration. A work with a price — an original or an edition print — can be reserved. If there is no price, request it. If the edition is sold out, join the waitlist. So the manager can message you, open the bot and tap Start (its greeting is in Russian).
A work at auction is sold only at auction: bid with a comment on the lot post in the gallery channel. Masha’s editions with a “Buy in the shop” button, postcards, posters, the book and tableware are sold in Masha’s shop — mashayankovskaya.store ↗.
- Get an invoice
The manager confirms the reservation within 48 hours and sends an invoice to the bot chat. The invoice is paid within 48 hours. Payment, delivery and returns — see below.
- The work is prepared
After payment the gallery prepares the work for handover. Your account shows each stage: paid → in the studio → certificate issued → shipped → delivered.
- Delivery
Within Russia by CDEK or Russian Post, pickup by arrangement; details below. You can see the work in the studio before buying — book a viewing.
Payment, delivery and returns
Masha’s editions — sold in her shop mashayankovskaya.store: the edition page has a “Buy in the shop” button; cart, payment and delivery are there. An edition without this button is sold by the gallery on the same terms:
Payment. By bank card (for now, Russian cards only), via SBP, Yandex Pay or Split.
Delivery. Within Russia by CDEK or Russian Post, to your door or to a pickup point. Cost and time are calculated for each order by address and delivery method. The tracking number comes by email from the carrier. Outside Russia — by arrangement with the manager. Pickup — by arrangement with the manager.
Returns and exchanges. Within 14 days of purchase, if the item shows no signs of use. The money goes back the way you paid; the bank credits it within up to 7 working days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Defects or damage. Message the manager with a photo and the order number — we will replace the item or refund the money.
Originals and auction lots — the manager agrees payment, delivery and return terms with you before the invoice. The same times apply: reply and invoice within 48 hours, payment within 48 hours.
Certificate of authenticity
Every original and every edition print has a certificate of authenticity with a code. You can verify it on the site. When the work is sold or given away, the certificate passes to the new owner by code — the history stays with the work.
