Consent to personal data processing
In short: the gallery keeps what it needs for purchases and auctions — your Telegram name, bids, orders, collection, and contacts if you share them. In a lot’s bid history your name and amount are visible to other bidders, as in the channel comments. A closed lot keeps its bid history, and the top bid in it is the winner’s. Whoever buys a work, an edition or an item from the gallery, or wins a drop, is never named — except the auction winner in the lot’s bid history. To see, correct or delete your data, email mashayankovskaya@gmail.com.
By using Yankovskaya Gallery — the website, the Telegram mini app and the bot — I consent to Sole proprietor Daniil Olegovich Zamkov (INN 772378468917, OGRNIP 318774600334104) processing my personal data for the following purposes:
— showing the catalogue and the prices available to me;
— handling reservations, orders, requests and questions, and contacting me;
— taking part in auctions and recording their results, including showing my name and bid amount to other bidders in the lot's bid history, as in the channel comments;
— keeping a record of my collection, issuing and transferring certificates of authenticity;
— messages about my orders and bids and — until I switch them off — about new works, selections and gallery events;
— performing contractual obligations.
Data processed: name, username and Telegram ID, interface language; phone number, email and delivery address if I provide them; history of bids, orders and requests; my collection; any other information I voluntarily provide in forms and messages.
Questions to the concierge are processed by an artificial intelligence service: it receives the dialogue text and the gallery catalogue — without my name, ID or contacts, that is, without personal data. I do not include my contacts in a question.
Processing methods: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion.
Processing period: until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn. I can withdraw consent by writing to mashayankovskaya@gmail.com.
